Skin partly reflects the health status of each person. Therefore, to take care of your health in general and your skin in particular, you need to build healthy habits and maintain basic skin care steps.
1. Cleanse the skin

Cleansing is the first and most important step in your facial skin care routine, whatever your skin type. After a long day, sebum and dirt will stick to the skin. Therefore, women need to maintain this habit of washing their face twice/in the morning when they wake up and at night before going to bed.
After cleansing your skin, apply toner and moisturizer. Toners help remove the remaining traces of oil, dirt and makeup that you leave behind after washing your face. Accordingly, you should find a toner and moisturizer that is right for your skin. Even people with oily skin need to use a moisturizer.

  1. Sun protection

Over time, exposure to ultraviolet (UV) radiation from the sun can cause many changes in the skin such as:
Age spots Seborrhoeic keratosis Change in skin color Freckles Melasma Skin cancer like basal cell carcinoma , squamous cell carcinoma and melanoma Wrinkles Most skin cancers are caused by sun exposure . To prevent this dangerous disease, you need to limit outdoor work, especially from about 10 am to 2 pm.
Never forget to use sunscreen, especially a broad-spectrum sunscreen with physical blocking zinc oxide and a sun protection factor (SPF) of 30 or higher. In addition, women should wear protective clothing to prevent skin inflammation from the sun such as long-sleeved shirts, long pants and wide-brimmed hats.
3. Know your skin

No one has perfect skin, your skin can be dry, oily or sensitive skin…. Women can get rashes and pimples. To better understand facial skin and have specific treatment, you need to see a dermatologist to check for skin problems, then consult about appropriate skin care steps.
4. Monitor skin changes

Any abnormality on the surface of the skin on the body can signal skin cancer. Therefore, you should pay attention to monitor your body and see a dermatologist if you experience skin abnormalities that become more serious.
